Reggie Aggarwal has emerged as a revolutionary force in
Washington’s high-tech and association community. Cvent has helped over over
2,300 professional meeting planners and marketers from companies such as Hilton,
JP Morgan and LA Times organize over 20,000 events and send out over 60 million
invitations.
Washington Business Forward magazine named him to its list of the Washington,
D.C.’s 40 most influential business leaders which also included the CEOs of
Nasdaq, AOL, and Marriott. Forbes magazine called him one of the rising stars of
Washington and Meeting News (the largest trade magazine in the industy) called
him one of the 25 most influential people in the $100 billion dollar meetings
industry.
Reggie is also the Founder of the Indian CEO High Tech Council, which the
Washington Post described as "one of the most successful association in the past
decade." The group has grown from 75 to over 2,500 CEOs/Senior Executives in
under 3 years.
Reggie was recently appointed by the Governor of Virginia to be the Chairman of
the Chief Information Officers Advisory Board and advise the Governor on the
