ROCHELLE BALCH  
Rochelle has held both technical and computer management positions.  In February 1993, Rochelle founded RB Balch, a computer consulting firm providing Contract Programming, PC Office Support and Web Development.
 
First year sales were $85,000;  sales now are well over $2 million.  Rochelle has received numerous awards including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, the National Small Office Home Office (SOHO) Winner by Entrepreneur Magazine and Office Depot, Regional Working Woman Magazine award, and Arizona Business Owner of the Year.  She has been named to many “Top 10, 25 and 100” lists in Arizona.
 
In addition to being a business owner and professional speaker, Rochelle volunteers throughout the community and urges other small business to become involved in the community..  Rochelle and her brother Andy started the Sheriff’s Youth Education Posse and developed a Work Skills program for incarcerated youth;  as volunteers, they teach the teens at “Pup Tent City”, Madison Street and Estrella Jails.  She has been a Junior Achievement volunteer for high risk youth since 1994.    Rochelle was awarded the YWCA Tribute to Women award.
 
Rochelle has inspired 1000’s to feel good about self-promotion and “bragging” and encourages other entrepreneurs to be a little gutsy and get big results. Rochelle has been on TV, radio and appeared in numerous magazines and newspapers and, Rochelle has been on TV, radio, appeared in numerous magazines and newspapers and is author of “CEO & MOM, Same Time, Same Place”, “Brag Your Way to Success”, and CD’s and videos.

In addition, Benchmarc Sites, is regularly recognized for its extraordinary site selection and contract negotiations. As a comprehensive provider of services including site selection, contract negotiations, event management, and web-based registration. Benchmarc’s award-winning staff serves clients including Fortune 500 Companies as well as National Associations. 
Ann is currently on the Board and Executive Committee of the Georgia Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, which has nearly 1,000 members. In addition, she is on the Board and Executive Committee for Hospitality Helping Hands. 
She is a member of the University of Georgia’s Conference & Meeting Management Certificate Program Advisory Board, where she contributes to the curriculum development as well as being an instructor. She is also an instructor at Kennesaw State University in the Meeting Planning Course and a member of the Advisory Board for Gwinnett Tech’s Hospitality Program.   
Ann has addressed Meeting Professionals International, The Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, ITMIC  as well as several other industry audiences. She has been published and quoted in industry publications including Successful Meetings, Meeting Professional and Convention South Magazine as well as a variety of general and business press including The Atlanta Business Chronicle.
 
MARGARET GONZALEZ is the President of the International Association of Hispanic Meeting Professionals. She is also the owner of a public relations firm that organizes meetings for various associations.

Dr. H. Stanley Jones, Professor, University of Phoenix-Hawaii. is an international consultant and professional speaker. He is the author of three books entitled: Quality of Life - Achieving Balance in an Unbalanced World, Marketing Your Financial Planning Services; Planning Your Financial Future. Emanuel Payton  has a Bachelors of Arts in Computer Science, Diploma in Naval Warfare, is completing a Masters in International Relations from Salve Regina University and is a Certified Information System Security Representative (CISSR) and Certified Disaster Recovery Planner. He is owner and founder of PAE Consulting and currently is a Technical Solutions Consultant for Sprint Enterprise Network Services specializing in Information Security.

TRICIA SANTOS is a technology trainer and speaker who takes the technical out of technology. For over thirteen years, she has helped professionals use technology to perform their job functions at the highest levels. Beginning with a programming class in college, Tricia has successfully used the computer in a variety of situations, living and working all over the country. Her education includes a BA from West Virginia University, and two Master’s Degrees: the first a Master of Divinity from Duke University Divinity School, and the second a Master of Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tricia also found time to serve as an officer in the United States Air Force, and now runs her own business as an information technology speaker and trainer. Angela Sheen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers; Member of the Institute of Management and Associate Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development. She gained in-depth banking experience with the National Westminster Bank before moving into Human Resources when she became Group Recruitment Manager and Training Manager for the UK Retail arm as well as internal HR Consultant to major Process Re-Engineering initiatives.  During the past seven years, she has specialized in Human Resources consultancy advising on Strategies and Systems, developing Competency Frameworks and conducting Training Needs Analysis.  Qualified to British Psychological Society levels A and B in the use of Occupational and Psychometric Tests, Angela has also developed and delivered an extensive range of Business Focused training and Management Development programmes.
 
Ed Scannell, CSP,CMP has served on the Board of Directors of a number of groups, including the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, American Society of Training and Development, Meeting Professionals International and the National Speakers Association. His best selling book, "Games Trainers Play" series are used by speakers, trainers and meeting planners around the world.
 
ANDREA SIGLER, PhD, CIMP is the President of Connected International Meeting Professionals Association. CIMPA is a growing community of online planners who use the resources of the internet in planning meetings. As past President of the International University of Distance Studies, Dr. Sigler and her group have been using what was then called ARPAnet before it became popularly known as the internet. A certified webmaster, she led the development effort for the CIMP (Certified Internet Meeting Professional) Certification Program and is co-author of the book "STOP THE NET. I'M GETTING ON (How To Plan Meetings On The Internet)". Dr. Sigler is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Hispanic Meeting Professionals, Distance Learning Association and Vice President of the Pacific Asia Travel Writers Association.
