WE NEED YOU!
We have no Gold, Silver or Bronze sponsorships. Instead,
we want to give you ownership of CAMP DIVERSITY for a weekend. We want to
put your name in the camp and give you maximum exposure in the publications
and memberships of host and partner organizations.
Even if the actual event is just for a weekend in August, the images will
remain on websites of host and partner organizations for months before and
after the campers go home with wonderful pictures (with your name on the
background, of course) and fabulous memories (of which you are a part) they
will share with friends, family and co-workers.
Your sponsorship will not only help your
marketing efforts in a major way but will help make the dreams of
disadvantaged children from minority families come true.

be a sponsor but do not have the item in your budget this year - not to
worry. We will take a pledge. We trust our friends.
TITLE SPONSOR - $50,000
(We will take only one Title Sponsor)
Your name will appear as owner of this camp, i.e, HILTON CAMP DIVERSITY,
SUNTRUST BANK CAMP DIVERSITY, AVIS CAMP DIVERSITY, AMERICAN EXPRESS CAMP
DIVERSITY, BUSCH GARDENS CAMP DIVERSITY on the websites of all host
organizations, all promotional materials, program and at the entrance and
other strategic places of the camp itself. All promotional materials will
contain information on your company.
All this information as well as photos will be on the CIMPA, IAHMP, Asian
Leaders Association and other host association's websites for at least 6
months or until we get the next sponsor - unless you want to be a multiple
year sponsor. We will provide you with images which you can use for your own
marketing campaigns.
In addition, you get the following:
1. Your logo and link on all materials (invitations, Camp website,
evaluations, emailblast)
2. Full page ad in Camp program
3. Custom "sponsor profile" page including Q & A interview with you around
the importance of minorities in your business
4. Article in host organizations' newsletters
5. Signage throughout Camp venue

NETWORKING CLUB SPONSOR
(Dining Hall and Conference Center) - $10,000

This is the camp's watering hole. It is where we eat,
drink and meet. It will be referred to as your Club in all promotional and
camp materials including camp maps. Your name will appear as owner of this
Club ,i.e, Westin Networking Club, Crowne Plaza Networking Club, Enterprise
Networking Club, Starwood Networking Club on the websites of all host
organizations, all promotional materials, program and at the entrance of the
club. All promotional materials will contain information on your company.
All this information as well as photos will be on the CIMPA, IAHMP, Asian

banner with your name will be placed in front of the lodge and it will be
referred to by that name in all camp materials, websites of all host
organizations, all promotional materials, program and at strategic places at
the camp itself. All promotional materials will contain information on your
company.
