ANDREA SIGLER, PHD, President

Dr. Sigler, an award-winning curriculum development and measurement expert, was former President of the International University for Independent Studies. She developed distance learning materials for UNESCO, UNICEF and WTO. She was a consultant for various Boards of International Trade. She has organized meetings in 57 countries and is presently President of Connected International Meeting Professionals Association, member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Hispanic Meeting Professionals, Executive Director of the Pacific Asia Network of Association Executives and Vice President of the Pacific Asia Travel Writers Association, among others.


Dr. Inocencio was former President of the American Intercontinental University, President of Los Angeles Pierce College, Associate Provost of New York City Technical College, Dean of Student and Academic Services, Cumberland Co. College in NJ, Associate Dean for Business, Mathematics and Technology, Co. College of Baltimore and Ford Foundation Fellow at Harvard Business School and University of Pennsylvania, among others.
